One day. One room. The people who run the field and the people who set the direction — working through what comes next.
About the summit
The FSM Summit brings the Executive Leadership Team and the field management team into the same room for a single working day. This is not a presentation you sit through — it is a working session built around three strategic initiatives, our core values, and the questions you bring with you.
There is nothing to read or prepare beforehand. Just come ready to think and contribute — the most valuable part of the day is the discussion, and that only works if the room is engaged.
Strategic initiatives
Three initiatives frame the day. Every session should tie back to at least one of them.
Build the bench, set clear ownership, and hold the standard — at every level of the organization.
Better data, trusted sooner, turned into working software faster.
Grow without the cost of growth outrunning us. Scale the process, protect the margin.
Core values
These are not posters on a wall. They are the standard we hold each other to — during the summit and in the work that follows it.
Hold conversations sacred. Do not blame, gossip, or talk behind people’s backs. Have tough conversations positively. Believe in the best intentions of others.
See, hear, and respect every individual for their ability, unique perspective, and contribution to UMS. Learn, share, and ask to ensure you embrace all sides.
Grow your team, teach them, hold them accountable, and let your team surpass you!
Get work done on time, don’t delay getting things to others, exemplify the agreed-upon standards of UMS, be ALL in, and CELEBRATE WINS!
